THE VILLA

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with sofa bed, which opens onto a spacious terrace through a large glass door.
Behind the house is a large yard. During the day, have fun in the private pool, prepare barbecues or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones with the sounds of nature.

Villa Pear has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
On the ground floor you will find one large bedroom with private bathroom, and one shared bathroom with washing machine.
Two Bedrooms, each with its own bathroom are located on the first floor, and have access to a large shared balcony with a view of the untouched nature of Rakalj

Villa Pear is situated in Rakalj, a small town on the west bank of the Raša bay, located on the southeast coast of Istria, 30 km from Pula.
Rakalj offers beautiful countryside, the sea, the sun and the quiet away from the crowded seaside resorts. Many beautiful beaches (located 3 km away) are hidden from view, providing a sense of freedom and intimacy.
